The Story
Born in 2025!
About RJ Tech Consulting
RJ Tech Consulting was founded in 2025 by Rich Jones, following on from two decades in permanent employment. What began as an unexpected placement in the IT department of Toyota Motor Manufacturing—thanks to a fortunate HR mix-up—sparked a long and successful career in technology.
Over the years, Rich has worked across a wide range of sectors including Insurance, Banking, Government, Public Services, and Life Sciences. Much of his career has been focused in the SaaS and enterprise architecture space, where he has led high-performing teams and driven complex programmes of change.
With extensive experience in leadership, functional optimisation, team building and scaling, and large-scale transformation—including mergers and acquisitions—Rich brings both strategic insight and hands-on expertise to every client engagement.
With a renewed focus and a drive to make meaningful impact, it was time to turn experience into action. RJ Tech Consulting was founded to do just that.
